This software, DE_W32 is licensed at no cost to the User as freeware. There is no functional
limitations, type of use limitations nor time limitations to use. But, the User must respect 
other parties' copyrights, Intellectual Property Rights and personel rights that are protected by 
applicable laws in the User's country and International laws. This Software cannot be used to 
reverse any software or alter any data which do not belong to the User.

The Software which consists of three files can be freely copied and distributed. This software 
including documentation and all support are provided "as-is". There is no any kind of 
warranty. 

The Software Developer/Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, 
special, incidental, or other damages, including but not limited to damages for profit lost, 
interruption of business, lost or corrupted data or programs, system crashes, or diversion of 
system or other resources. This also includes but not limited to the third party liability, 
warranty, copyright, intellectual property right claims.

The User is encoured to report problems and improvement suggestions to the Developer even 
though it is not guaranteed to have any support or update.
